When you contact us to either conduct business such as corporate sponsorships or help you with a problem, any company or personal information you provide is voluntary. We collect and use only the minimum information necessary to respond to your requests and concerns. In most cases, we collect limited information, such as name, address, telephone number, or email address. In limited cases, depending on the nature of your request, we also may collect additional information as needed to successfully complete the business task at hand. In no instances will this information be shared outside our Chapter without your consent AND your prior notification.
